1954 Ford Skyline
$17,000
This is a 1954 Crestline Skyliner—a bold new concept by Ford. The Skyliner featured a 2-door hardtop body with a revolutionary integrated acrylic glass panel over the front seating area. Ford marketed this innovation as offering a “freshness of view,” emphasizing the open, airy feel it provided to passengers.
This unique design was exclusive to 1954, and just over 13,000 Crestline Skyliners were sold in that single year—an impressive figure that would surpass the combined two-year sales of its successor, the Crown Victoria Skyliner, which carried forward the acrylic roof concept.
Alongside the Skyliner, a new Fordor Sedan variant was also added to the Crestline lineup. Under the hood, buyers could choose from a newly introduced 223 cu in (3,650 cm³) straight-six or a 239 cu in (3,920 cm³) overhead valve V8 engine, both offering improved performance.
The Crestline nameplate was retired after 1954 and replaced by the Ford Fairlane in the 1955 model year.

+We have another rebuilt block available with it. It has 3 carbs, Thunderbird valve covers for an additional $1700.00.
